RDS Productions must receive all reservations via fax or mail by Friday, September 10, 2010.

If you would prefer to fax or mail your reservations, please print out this form and write in your requested tours, as well as the number of tickets you would like to reserve. You may send either credit card information or a check made out to RDS Productions.

Tour Pre-registration Deadline: September 10, 2010

Once pre-registered, you can claim your tickets at the tour desk located near NALTA registration at The Roosevelt. On-site tour registrations will be on a space-available basis only.

Cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to (504) 285-0775 by September 1, 2010.

You will receive a full refund for any cancellations received by this date. All tours, unless otherwise indicated, are based on 30 participants.

RDS reserves the right to cancel any tours should the minimum number not be met. Tours are not cancelled and refunds are not given due to inclement weather. RDS acts only as an agent of suppliers when securing transportation, accommodations, and other services, and is not responsible for any delay, error or omission, loss or accident, faults or negligence of hotels, bus companies, airlines and other suppliers.

Accordingly, participants agree to seek remedies directly with suppliers and not to hold RDS liable, in the absence of its negligence, for loss, injury, delay, or substitution of similar accommodations or services to the participants.
